In 1926 Gramophone Company founded in Berlin new branch called Electrola with pressing plant in Nowawes near Potsdam that printer records with character-only label, because HMV trade mark in Germany belonged to Deutsche Grammophon A.G.. In 1932 after creating EMI concern Electrola moved to Berlin.
