This is a UK pressing of a US recording. All N prefix matrices on UK pressings that I have seen or heard of are US recordings, and all UK recordings have numbers in the range 01000 to 05XXX, with no exceptions. For the same reason the conductor will not be Cuthbert Whitemore.
