The Charmer [Hits: 7111]

A short-lived French company that existed in late 1928 - early 1929 at 6, rue Cavalotti, Paris (C.V.). The founder was Mathieu de Wrangel, presumably a relative of Baron Pyotr Nikolaevich Wrangel. The records maybe pressed in UK. Information from Henri Chamoux's book “DÉPÔTS DE MARQUES PHONOGRAPHIQUES FRANÇAISES DE 1893 à 1940. Documents tirés des bulletins de l'INPI”, p. 178.
