А почему здесь оркестр п/у А.С.Семёнова? По моему,должен быть Джаз-орк. п/у К.Шульженко и В.Коралли

Потому что художественными руководителями "Фронтового джаз-ансамбля" были Шульженко и Коралли, а дирижером Алексей Владимирович Семенов.

Не претендую на истину
Предполагаю, что художественными руководителями были Шульженко и Коралли, а музыкальное руководство и репетиционную работу вел Семенов.
Постепенно Семенов был вытеснен, победу одержало художественное руководство, так обычно и бывает.
Говорят, что аналогичная ситуация была в связке Утесов - Людвиковский.
Исторически сначала был оркестр Семенова, позже он превратился в аккомпанирующий оркестр для Шульженко.
В мировой практике подобные случаи были, оркестр Chick Webb постепенно коммерциализовался и превратился в аккомпанирующий состав Ella Fitzgerald.
