The singer is Leo Monosson. Most likely dubbed from Electrola 0D 487-I (60-1706, EG 2381), recorded in Berlin, 14-08-1931 (Lewis Ruth Band mit Refrain Leo Moll: "Ein Paradies am Meeresstrand"). The operetta DIE BLUME VON HAWAII was premiered in Berlin, so Language/Ethnics are German.
