I was about to post this. I have it as a Muztrest, Zakaz no 10001.
I wonder if it's a Metropol original. The lead-out groove looks like other Metropols.

On The Muztrest there is also a single-sided number 356

You was right, it is Metropol original! Thank you for the Muztrest info, I added it to the reissues list
