This is "In tiefen Keller sitz’ ich hier".

Apparently a German folksong arranged and sung by the bass Ludwig Fischer (1745-1824), and arranged again by Ippolitov-Ivanov and inserted into his opera "Asya" as Песня старого бурша

Another source gives Karl Müchler as author (editor?) of the lyrics.
