Strange
Franz Josef was the Emperor of Austria and not Germany, who do they say it is from Berlin ?
By the way, why a German band would play THE best known French patriotic tune in 1910, whereas they were enemies since 1870 ?

Nothing strange
Syrena-Record is correct, it's really from Berlin. You know, this is orchestra of Kaiser-Franz-Garde-Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 2 . This is one of five Prussian-German Guard Grenadiers Regiment and it's regiment chief was Franz Josef of Austria (for example, eternal chief of 1 Guard Grenadier Regiment was Alexander I of Russia).
Why do they record this march, I really don't know.
