The label name is French, the singers name is in a French spelling, and the design could be French. But the text in type (title and accompaniment) look American to me. And a French label would translate the Russian title into French not English.

This different Tour de Fox record was auctioned in the USA.

I cant work out what Tour de Fox refers to, Google has it in several contexts but none that definitely seem to be an origin for the name.

The labels dont say Recorded in Europe as most copied US records do. And this doesnt seem to be a copy. Did Vertinsky tour the US with Padwa?
