Этикетка,конечно, "Гитара любви".
А причём здесь, Стёпка с чубчиком" ? Он же вроде на гармошке играл,а не на гитаре

Тут явно не переделывали одну существующую пластинку, а штамповали на массе из нескольких -- недаром этикетка от 12-дюймовой, а пластинка 10-дюймовая.
