Если другая сторона тоже перезапись, то её тоже можно разместить - ограничение на номер 13000 касается только собственных записей Грампласттреста!

Echo

This transcription has a crude delay-echo. Added echo was used a lot, often to excess in the LP era, but I've never heard a delay loop effect like this. An early and ill-judged early use of magnetic tape?

The odd thing is that I have this record somewhere and I'm sure it didn't have this. Could it be some fault with the digitisation?
