source of the 1930 Tchaikovsky song?

Hello all - does anyone know the source for the Tchaikovsky song reproduced here, or documentation about it? It sounds like the 1930 Muztrest recordings that are known as tests or issued records, but this one does not seem to have appeared anywhere else except for the present Melodiya LP. Has anyone seen it as a 78?
