Additional information: |
The discography of "Voices of the Past, Volume 8: Columbia Graphophone Company Ltd. English Celebrity Issues" (Michael Smith, Ian Cosens, John Hyde) gives the recording date for D-1552 as April 1925, but indicates the masters WA2601 and WA2602 (instead of WA4201 and WA4204). This is probably some kind of confusion. For example, these songs could be recorded twice at different times (as it did happen for the Kedroff quartet), and here the information about these two recordings was incorrectly glued. |
