I can document Bolotin's presence in the choir till about 1968, but no later. Was he in the final concert in Paris in 1979? He would have been 84 by then!

Wassily Flustikoff (born 1902) was, I suppose, the oldest member beside Serge Jaroff (born 1896) at the Farewell Tour 1971/72.

I don't know whether Basile Bolotine was there at the 1979 concert in Paris. I have never seen a photo or a members list of that concert.

So the information that Bolotine was a member 50 years since 1929 could be wrong.

"Polydor" was an export label of Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft for outside Germany (like "Nordisk Polyphon" for Scandinavian countries). The label "Grammophon" was only sold in Germany, as this trade mark (for the international market) belonged to the British Gramophone Company.
