I guess Andrzej Włast is author of lyrics. If first words are "Puchowy śniegu tren" then it's by Włast. Bajkowska also wrote polish words to this romance, but beginned with "Przez okna światła lśnią".

Thank you! In Tamasz Lerski book: Arezzo G. [?] - Bajkowska Z., so the first words are probably not "Puchowy śniegu tren"
