Additional information:

Weary, always so weary
Moments go by like years
Spilling the tears
All through the gloomy day

Dreary, always so dreary
Love is a phantom word
That I once heard
Millions of dreams away

I am a sky full of thunderclouds
I am the wind sighing through the ?roof?

Weary, always so weary
Life is a window-pane
Hidden by rain
All through the gloomy day

Tried to decipher the words...
Weary, always so weary,
Moments go by like years,
Spilling the tears,
All through the gloomy day.

Dreary, always so dreary,
Love is a phantom word,
One I was heard,
Millions of dreams away.

?I am on sky ponder under cloud?
?I am all winds ?tying? through the roof?

Weary, always so weary,
Life is the ?window? ?game?,
Feeding my rain,
All through the gloomy day.

Weary, always so weary,
Moments go by like years,
Spilling the tears,
All through the gloomy day.

Dreary, always so dreary,
Love is a phantom word,
Make I once heard,
Millions of dreams away.

?I am on sky ponder under cloud?
?I am all winds tying through the roof?
?… blue?

Weary, always so weary,
Life is the ?window? ?game?,
Feeding by rain,
All through the gloomy day.

My try
That I once heard
Millions of dreams

I am a sky full of thunderclouds
I am the wind sighing through the ??.

...
Life is a window-pane
Hidden by rain

Funny Cossack Choir. Most of them sound very American.

Re: My try
Thank you, Adrian! Now I clearly hear the words you suggested!
I copied the transcription to the "Additional information" and added Russian translation (that was not easy!).

And yes - it turned out to be the soundtrack from the movie "Northwest Outpost":

I just uploaded into my personal fund the other side of the record that is much more cheerful:
