Pressed copies
Where do you have the number of 126 copies for the "crossed back edition", meaning a rather late pressing?

From June 1903 alone, when the Gramophone Co. took over the Zonophone matrices, until March 1907, 1115 copies were pressed of this disc.

My CARUSO's Zonophones - originals, genuine german Zonophone pressings (not Italian 'A.I.C.C.' pressings), with 'handwritten' catalogue numbers imprinted in the wax.

Any later (June 1903 - March 1907) G. & T. pressings from CARUSO's Zonophone matrices have the imprinted embossed (raised up) 'machine stamped' catalogue numbers, and in the few cases 'II' (Roman numerials) stamp too.
